본문 Ⅰ. Why We Choose NHNs Organizational Culture. We
studied NHNs organizational culture. NAVER is a representative and popular
portal site of Korea. And Hangame also is big site for on-line game. Along with
‘Daum’ and ‘Nate’, NAVER has been ranked on top 3 portal sites in Korea. But
what makes NHN unique and special is its organizational culture. It is often
called as ‘Google of Korea’ thanks to its own advanced culture. NHN has creative
and innovative items. And our members think these creative and innovative item
come from NHNs unique organizational culture. So our team selected NHNs
organizational culture. In order to find out which type of organizational
culture is popular among college students, we conducted a survey in front of
Library on Dec 1. We asked 192 people. 42 students chose DOOSAN, 88 chose NAVER,
62 went for POSCO, and SAMSUNG was chosen by 20 people. We could see that many
people were interested in NAVER’s organizational style which is a representative
model for entrepreneurial culture.
